I have been going to Nikki for about three years now. I have a little yorkie and she is incredible with her. Daisie loves going to Nikki’s and always looks great when I pick her up. Nikki’s entire staff always treats both daise and me like family. I have been to other groomers who were just about the money and my baby was all shakey and nervous when I got there, not at Nikki’s Daisies happy and well taken care during her visit. We both love looking at all Nikki’s supplies and love the whole feel of her shop. I would never take my girl anywhere else.

I have been to every place with my dogs in the Corona/Norco area…this place is the BEST. I have big dogs a German Shep. and a Husky my German Shep is older with a heart problem and they always remember not to put heaters in the cage with her……they comb out all their hair ( which is no easy task) and the dogs look WONDERFUL when I pick them up!!!!!!

Great place! Nice people. I have a very old arthritic dog, and they work with me and go out of their way to meet her needs and make us both happy. I have been other places, but my shepherd seems so much cleaner (and stays that way so much longer) when I take her to Nikki’s. I will never go anywhere else from now on.

I used to work for Nikki as a bather and I can tell you that she takes immaculate care of all the pets that come into her facility. If one of us didn’t do the job to her satisfaction, we had to do it over again until we got is right. There were never any shortcuts and the pets all got first rate treatment. Nikki personally checked and made sure everything was done to perfection. I recommend her business to everyone who cares about their pet!

Best by far….: Nikki’s pet Spa is exactly what i had amagined for my Malti-poo. CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL, and very COMPASSIONATE to their doggie customers:)
I would and have recommended this spa to anyone. We chose “JAN” as our groomer, and she is so wonderful, and really takes time with our “ANNABELLE”, now when we tell Annabelle she’s “going to see Jan”, she gets so excited. I feel very comfortable leaving her with them. Try Nikki’s, you’ll never try another place again….

The Best Grooming Service in Town!: I started going to this groomer when it was Andrea’s Pet Spa and I was worried when the ownership changed to Nikki. But, I have been more than pleased with this groomer. They know you by name (or at least your pet’s name) when you call or walk in. They remember the little things like leaving the eyebrows uncut, the dog has a bad rear leg, this dog loves to have her toy in the cage while waiting for cut/bath…

Everyone is friendly and they seem to really like their work. As for the prices, Nikki actually apologized to me when she said that she had to raise the prices. Well, even with the minimal price increase, she is still lower than any groomer in town.

Petco and Petsmart would not groom my dog because she has a heart condition that she takes medicine for. They refused to work on her for “fear that she might die and they would be sued”. Well, my dog is now 16 years old and Nikki takes care of her better than either one of those stores could have.

Since my Terrier mutt is now 16, Nikki makes an appointment when I can drop my dog off and pick her up ASAP. Nikki really understands the pressure going to a groomer puts on a dog and my dog and I really appreciate that!

I could go on for days, but the bottom line is that this is the place to take your dog from grooming. And, they also refered to an outstanding Vet when I first moved into the area. My brother is a vet but not near where I live so I can not take my dogs to him. But, this vet (Dr Hicks of Arlington Animal Hospital in Riverside) is top notch, but not top dollar.

Nikki’s Pet Spa for grooming and Dr Hicks for all your vet needs. Then, you are set if you live in the Corona/Norco/Riverside areas!
